The Mountain is You

Transforming Self-Sabotage to Self-Mastery

"Worrying will not do anything but make us feel worse than we already do"

Concurring but inharmonious needs produce self-sabotaging behaviors. This is the cause that we oppose struggle to change, often until they feel wholly ineffective. But we can build emotional intelligence by extracting significant insight from the most damaging and worthless habits. And it guides us to release our past experiences at cellular level by understanding our brain and body. We can step out of our own way and can learn to act at our highest potential.

The metaphor, mountain, has been used for centuries for impossible challenges that we face in our lives. In reality we excavate our trauma, build resilience and adjust ourselves to show up for the climb by doing deep internal work to surmount our mountains. Finally, we master not the mountain but ourselves.
